Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Customer can claim refund in case

- Value of the transfer is incorrect.
- Prepaid meter is not recharged.

2. Service charge deducted by the service provider is non-refundable and an administrative charge of Rs. 300 per transaction shall be deducted.

3. There is no cancellation policy. No refund will be issued against cancellation.
